When I moved here I found out moving costs a lot even if you have the stuff you need. If you go I hope you have calculated a reserve on your income and don't come out in the negative numbers if something suddenly costs a bit more. That's probably the most important thing

Hmmm, yeah we know what you mean. Aside from the cost of the house/flat, all the other stuff like Surveyors, moving costs and all that mumbo-jumbo, it all adds up to be quite a large amount.....

But! We have taken this into account and even got some "Professional Advice" (i.e: Parents... ) and we have a "rough" idea about how much that'll cost.... And luckily, aside from our Joint Account, we also have our Current Accounts and our ISA's to help along.
